i got a weird feeling that you will win your next game and start a winning streak to finish the month of January
the start of a 5 game winning streak??? hope not coz its becoming predictable bro....
any way nice update...
yea im trying to have some realistic results for now, but all of my games are lost because the team just outplayed me. i didn't try to beat the team so bad so i could just blow them out, but i just played relaxed and they end up winning the games. i have changed my sliders a little to the point of where i would have to play harder in my games to win, before i went on that losing streak to try and see if i could lose with much stronger sliders and i did. i put my own realistic feeling to the game, so im not trying to get the exact same score or anything, its by the type of results i have at the end. dont worry, some more things will be coming once i get to all-star break.

but dont count out every single game i play to be a win or a loss, because the recaps put a new feeling to just a loss or a win like to try and be like real life.

finally a win..... another awesome game for stoudemire, except for the 5 turnovers.......

SUNS VS. KNICKS
Madison Square Garden, New York, 5:30 p.m., PST
TV, radio: FSAZ; KTAR 620
Records: Suns, 32-10; Knicks, 16-24.
KEY MATCHUP: STEVE NASH VS. STEPHON MARBURY
Marbury is the more stronger type of point guard who likes to shoot, while Nash is the passing type of point guard. Marbury will try and take Nash one-on-one with his strength over Nash. Stephon averages 19.3ppg and 7.3apg for the Knicks. He also claims to be the best point guard in the league, Nash may have to say something about that after tonight.
INSIDE THE SUNS
The Suns snapped a 6-game losing skid on Sunday against the New Jersey Nets with a 107-96 win. Stoudemire led the team with 32 points and 13 rebounds. Phoenix will start their 6-game road trip tonight in New York.
INSIDE THE KNICKS
The Knicks haven't been very impressive this sseason as they sit eight games under .500 and are 4th in their division. They are on a 3-game winning streak right now, but they can't find enough players to contribute every night on the offensive end. The new addition of Jamal Crawford hasn't helped the team much record-wise, but he is averaging 20.1ppg and 5.2apg to help assist Marbury on the offensive end of the court.

PF-Shawn Marion
SF-Quentin Richardson

High-Scoring Suns Race Past Struggling Knicks

PHOENIX, Arizona (AP) -- It was more highs for Amaré Stoudemire, Steve Nash and the Phoenix Suns and more lows for the New York Knicks. Stoudemire scored 28 points and Nash along with McCarty added 16 apiece, as the Suns rolled to a 102-80 victory over the floundering Knicks who are now nine games under the .500 mark. Stoudemire overpowered the Knicks inside as he made 12-of-13 field goals, which broke the Madison Square Garden record for a visiting player to hit that high of a percentage while shooting 10 or more field goals. He also grabbed 12 rebounds in the game.
"We had wide-open shots because guys have confidence in each other," Jackson said. "We believe in the system. The philosophy is that we can make more jump shots than you can. That is what they told me when I walked in the door. Now I believe it." McCarty was 7-of-14 from the field, leading the bench in scoring. "We were feeling it," Richardson said who had a double-double effort with 11 points and 10 rebounds. "It was a lot of fun. Every time you turned around it felt like we were knocking them down. This is the most fun I am having since my AAU and high school days."
Johnson scored 12 points, Nash added 16 and 9 assists and Jackson scored 7 for the Suns off the bench, who won easily despite an ordinary game from Shawn Marion. The former all-star only scored 7 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 21 minutes of play. "They don't play like most teams," Knicks coach Herb Williams said. "They play at the 3-point line, but tonight they were doing it all.” Stephon Marbury scored 16 points for the Knicks, who was outplayed by Suns point guard Steve Nash. They fell to 1-1 under Williams, who replaced Lenny Wilkens over the weekend. "They play totally different basketball," said Knicks guard Jamal Crawford, who had 7 points. "They were making all their shots from the inside and all their free throws."
Kurt Thomas had 11 points and 11 rebounds and one of the most improved candidates for this season, Nazr Mohammed, added 13 and 7 for the Knicks. "Going against a team like this, we definitely wanted to keep them under 100," Thomas said. "The way they shot the ball we just had to play up and down with them." Phoenix opened a season-high six-game road trip with its second straight win following a season-high six-game slide.

TV, radio: FSAZ; KTAR 620
Records: Suns, 33-10; Bucks, 18-21.
KEY MATCHUP: JOE JOHNSON VS. MICHAEL REDD
Two of some of the best shooters in the NBA will match up against each other tonight. Redd is one of the best "in your face" shooters and probably is the best one in the game. No matter how you guard him, he will make his shots as if he was wide open. Johnson is more of a stand-still shooter. He is shooting 41% from 3-point range in the 43 games he has played with the Suns.
INSIDE THE SUNS
Phoenix will continue their road trip tonight after getting their first win on the trip in Madison Square Garden against the Knicks in a 102-80 blowout. The Suns watn to try and end the month of January with a good note by winning their last three games and extending their winning streak into February.
INSIDE THE BUCKS
The Bucks are holdingo n to the 8th spot in the East standings, only 1/2 game in front of the Chicago Bulls. Milwaukee is on a 3-game losing streak and are 5-5 in their last 10 games. Desmond Mason is a 6th man canidate for this season, as he averages 10ppg and 4.3rpg in 38 games off the bench.

Stoudemire led the Suns in rebounding with 13 against the Bucks
MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (AP) -- Steve Nash has the Phoenix Suns in fifth gear again. Nash handed out eight of his 15 assists and scored 15 of his career-high 40 points in the decisive fourth quarter as the Suns sped past the Milwaukee Bucks, 121-115, for their third straight win. "I'm just trying to make things happen for my teammates, because we have a lot of guys picking it up for us right now," Nash said. During the winning streak, Phoenix is averaging 109.3 points per game, one of its best three-game stretches of the season. Nash is averaging 25 points and 11 assists during that span.
"That's when we're at our best," Nash said. "When we keep the score under 100, we're not nearly as successful." The Bucks hung with the high-powered Suns for a half, trailing, until the Suns 3rd quarter spurt gave them a bigger advantage. In the 4th quarter, Milwaukee started off the quarter on a 12-2 run, but Nash put the offense into overdrive midway through the period, quarterbacking Phoenix to 15 of their 27 points scored in the quarter. "He is this year's MVP along with Stoudemire being a close canidate," said Bucks guard Michael Redd, who scored 28 points. "He's just phenomenal - the premier point guard in the league, no question."
"The difference with him (Nash) is that he is a true point guard, he looks to pass first, then get his shots second, that's rare in this league and that's what this team needs," Suns forward Shawn Marion said. Marion scored 22 points, Joe Johsnon added 20 and Amare Stoudemire 14 and 13 rebounds for the Suns, who improved to 2-0 on their season-high six-game road trip. Phoenix has won 25 of its last 28 meetings with Milwaukee. Keith Van Horn scored 18 points and Desmond Mason added 16 for the Bucks off the bench, who lost three of their last four games. "It was one of those situations you say you're proud of the way you competed and go home," Bucks coach Terry Porter said.

Records: Suns, 34-10; Celtics, 29-13.
KEY MATCHUP: SHAWN MARION VS. AL JEFFERSON
Raef Lafrentz is out indefinitely tonight with a broken toe, which will cause rookie Al Jefferson to start in his place. This will be Jefferson's 4th start of the season as he has missed 16 games due to injury earlier in the season. Marion will set alot of touchs tonight against the rookie and try to take him one-on-one on the perimeter. It will be interesting to see how Jefferson can keep up with the Suns running game.

Phoenix looks to be back on track after winning three straight games. With the Suns playing five Eastern Conference teams from January 23-30, they will try to take advantage of them which they have done so far by going 3-0 during the spurt. Shawn Marion and the Suns never looked back after gaining their big lead
BOSTON, Jan. 28 (Ticker) --One dozen Boston Celtics proved to be no match for the Phoenix Suns' trio of Amare Stoudemire, Steve Nash and Shawn Marion. Stoudemire scored 18 points, Nash added 15 and 18 assists, while Marion led the team with 25 points as the Suns rolled to their fourth straight win, a 111-77 victory over the Celtics. Phoenix came out running in the first quarter. Marion scored 9 points and Nash had 4 assists as Phoenix shot a blistering 59 percent (16-of-27) en route to a 31-13 lead.
"In the first half, we came out aggressive," Stoudemire said. "We really wanted to come out agressive the first quarter.” They held the Celtics to just 13 points which was a season-low for the team. "The first half was probably the best we can play," Phoenix coach Mike D'Antoni said. "We duplicated the same type of quarter in the 3rd which was amazing." Quentin Richardson scored 10 of his 17 points and hit two 3-pointers to help the Suns jump out to the halftime lead. "I think we put our heads down when they made tough threes and got to the hoop," Celtics guard Paul Pierce said. "I think that kind of discouraged our defense and it took us until halftime for us to really say forget the scoreboard."
Jim Jackson added 14 points and two 3-pointers off the bench as Phoenix shot 47 percent (8-of-17) from the arc. "He has adjusted well because all we do is play ball and push the ball up and down the floor," Suns forward Shawn Marion on Jim Jackson. "It is easy for a new guy because all he has to do is get open and shoot the ball." Pierce scored 20 of his 34 points in the second half as the Celtics used all 12 players while trying to keep up with the fast-paced offense of the Suns. Pierce scored 15 of his 19 points in the second half as the Celtics used all 12 players while trying to keep up with the fast-paced offense of the Suns. Gary Payton scored 18 points and Ricky Davis led the team with 22 points for the game.

Barbosa played the entire 4th quarter for the Suns on Sunday
TORONTO, Jan. 30 (Ticker) -- Steve Nash turned a return to Canada into yet another showcase for his diverse talents. Nash had 22 points and 6 assists before sitting out the entire fourth quarter and Amaré Stoudemire had 19 of his 25 points in the third quarter as the Phoenix Suns routed the Toronto Raptors, 114-84. Nash, who grew up in Victoria, British Columbia, used his only game in Canada this season to add to his already impressive list of accomplishments. The heady point guard made 6-of-9 shots, committed just no turnovers and shot 9-10 from the free throw line, directing the NBA's best offense to yet another proficient performance. "He did a couple of things today that I was amazed at," Suns coach Mike D'Antoni said. "I could sit here and talk about Steve all the time ... we do a lot of good things and Steve makes it all go."
"We have a lot of terrific offensive players," Nash said. "We are very athletic and get into the open court. It is very difficult to contain us." Shawn Marion added 28 points and 14 rebounds for the Suns, who are 4-0 on a six-game road trip and have scored more than 110 in each contest. The only player in the league to average double figures in points and dish out more than nine assist and one of only three guards in the league to shoot 50 percent from the floor, Nash was effective early. He scored nine points and handed out three assists as Phoenix opened a 30-14 lead after 12 minutes. "That is just Nash," Stoudemire said. "He comes out and can give you a double-double on any given night, especially in assists. Steve came out aggressive on the offensive end. He's pretty much been the leader and we are used to it."
Stoudemire had just four points at the half as Phoenix built a 69-26 edge. But the third-year center dominated the third quarter, making 8-of-10 shots as the Suns pulled away for a 95-51 advantage heading into the final period. Phoenix's 79 points in the first half were the most ever by a Toronto opponent in any quarter. "We have breakout quarters like that from time to time and that certainly was one to remember, maybe one of our best," Nash added. Chris Bosh led the Raptors with 21 points. Toronto has dropped nine of the last 14 meetings between the clubs. "We got beat bad," Mitchell said. "Outplayed at every position. They were just a better team tonight, there is not much more to say." Jalen Rose shot horrible from the field only making five of his 16 shot attempts, but still scored 17 points in the game. "It got handed to us," Toronto swingman Jalen Rose said. "There are no ifs, ands or buts about it."
