Why arent the allstars wearing the allstar uniform?????

Because you can edit it so they'll wear it. 
No, seriously, this question was asked a thousand of times I think... Me too, I was wondering why they weren't wearing All-Star uniforms, but I found the solution by myself ! 
Plus the All-Star uniforms (in Live 2003) look weird. 
Download a patch and it'll be better. 
It's somewhere in the players.dbf, ORIGTEAM and TEAM columns if I remember...
