go to http://www.jasc.com and download Paint shop Pro, it comes with Animation Shop too. i used Animation shop for my highlights on my site. if you wanna see, here is the link : http//www.hostultra.com/la_lakers/ and go to the Play of the Game sections. the first replay which is the wrap around windmill (the best) actually have the cheapest graphics, sucks. all the others is okay. before u save, go to FILE - OPTIMIZATION WIZARD, circle GIF. here are the settings

lvl 1 - 30-40 frames, 10 fps, about 800-1000 kb
lvl 2 - 30-40 frames, 10 fps, about 800-950 kb
lvl 3 - 30-40 frames, 10 fps, about 750-900 kb
under - 30-40 frames, 10 fps, about under 850 kb

i think those are the right probabilities, just trie, i use lvl 1 and get between 800 kb to 1 meg. the lower the lvl, the poorer the images is, (reduced color).
