How to Extract the .viv files??

Sun Jan 26, 2003 12:44 am

I have a patch here, and it´s save in the .viv file.
Ex: glrobin.viv
I opened this with the EAGraph Editor, and shows this:
glrobin.fsh
glrobin_loda.o
glrobin_lodb.o
glrobin_lodc.o
glrobin_lodcu.o
glrobin_lodd.o
glrobin_loddu.o

So, i want to extract this to make all those .FSH files.
I try to extract with the EAGraph, select the file and simply extract with the button option, but something goes worng cause when i install and run the game, it´s crash...

Can someone with a good heart, help me??
Thank´s!

Help 1??

Hmm...well since it isn't a familiar thing for games to crash with other people, the only thing i could think of is that it's your computer, and not the patches. So, if i could give you any help at all it would be to Defrag your computer...

I dunno, maybe...just a suggestion...:)

you can't make them all fsh files,
only glrobin.fsh can be saved as fsh
the others are the headshape files

But i need the headshape files too??
If i only put glrobin.fsh on the folder, it´s gonna be ok?

Well, it depends:
If the patcher has changed the headshape, then yes, you extract, and place in the appropriate directory.
If the patcher has not changed the headshape, then you don't have to worry about it.

I suggest, as it's the easiest thing to do, just extract every file from the *.viv and place them where they should go...
If your game crashes again, then i can't help you.

Well, but that´s what i´m asking for, but i don´t know hao to extract the headshape files...
I try to extract them, just open with the EAGraph, select extract, rename the file, put in the folder, but when i try to play, crash..
Can you put an step by step?? Please...
Thank´s

Well why didn't you say so?
So it's extracting the *.o files you're having trouble with...ok...i didn't know that...

You wrote:rename the file,

You're not meant to rename them...what are you renaming them to?
