GAMEPLAY

• No gameplay changes have been made in this patch as we continue to monitor games across various modes by players of all skill levels

THE CITY

• Numerous fixes to game stability in The City have been made
• Resolved an issue with matchmaking that prevented locker rooms from properly filling; additional matchmaking improvements and optimizations will be arriving over the next week
• Resolved an issue that could cause outdated Daily Challenges to appear on the tracking list

MyCAREER

• Build Specialization progress has been re-enabled when playing NBA games

• GPU performance optimizations

NBA 2K26 Patch 1.3

GAMEPLAY

• No gameplay changes have been made in this patch as we continue to monitor games across various modes by players of all skill levels

THE CITY/PARK/PRO-AM/REC/THEATER

• Fixed a reported game disconnect that was occurring for some users in Park, Theater, REC, and Proving Grounds games
• Cap Breakers and Max +1/+2 Badge Perks will now be correctly retained when leaving a Crew, and they will be restored to players who previously lost them in this situation
• Various fixes and improvements have been made to Challenges to ensure proper tracking and completion, particularly in relation to those that carry across saves
• Games played in the Gatorade Training Facility will now count towards Daily Challenge progress
• Long camera cuts that could potentially block active gameplay on possession changes in Pro-Am games have been removed
• Unqualified Takeover Abilities can no longer be activated in online games where Takeover Presets can be set
• Conditions for progressing the Up For The Challenge Performance Multiplier have been made easier
• Fixed an errant “Event has ended” message that appeared when entering The Theater under certain conditions
• Resolved a rare hang that could occur when inviting players to your MyCOURT

MyCAREER

• Fixed an issue preventing certain quests from progressing when the objective required visiting your MyCOURT
• Resolved a rare hang that could occur when entering the NBA arena
• Fixed a reported issue that could prevent Rebirth from being unlocked as expected

PC (ADDITIONAL UPDATES)

• Addressed an issue causing incorrect keyboard button prompts to appear when attempting alley-oops in online games
• Custom shoes will now properly appear in the closet when owned

MyCAREER

• GOAT Skills Accolade quests will now earn VC rewards as expected

MyTEAM

• Improved the performance of the Auction House menus
• Coaches will no longer be removed from lineups when editing them after first entering the mode
• Added safeguards to prevent players from getting stuck in the Welcome to MyTEAM tutorial

MyGM

• Fixed an issue preventing some offseason tasks from being completed and new ones from being received

• Numerous fixes to game stability in The City (and its modes) have been made
• Resolved multiple issues with Challenges, including the daily 1,000 VC bonus not being active for some Season Pass holders
• Fixed a reported disconnect that could occur in Street Kings Co-Op games

MyCAREER

• Fixed a hang that could occur during the NBA Draft portion of the Out of Bounds story
• Resolved a progression blocker that could occur during the Rookie of Year personal goal storyline

MyTEAM

• Auctionable Player Cards can now be sent to My Auctions when a duplicate unauctionable Player Card is received

GENERAL

• Resolved a reported disconnect that could occur during Play Now Online games

PC (ADDITIONAL UPDATES)

• Addressed reports of instability that could occur when using AMD Radeon RX 9000 series graphics cards

Ahhhh seems the updates are mostly going to be like previous years, adding and fixing things in there dress up barbie non nba related portion of the game lol smh

Since the 1.4 patch I can no longer rotate shoes in the shoe creator, on top of not being able to re-edit custom shoes because when I click on them I get 2 random shoes with random layers/colors.

Ahhhh seems the updates are mostly going to be like previous years, adding and fixing things in there dress up barbie non nba related portion of the game lol smh

The patches have mostly been hotfixes for technical issues so far. Season 2 is going to bring the big patch, though to your point, it remains to be seen what gets fixed (and messed up)!

I'd definitely recommend reporting it to 2K; I'm guessing there'll be a Patch 1.5 (and probably 1.6) in the near future, so if the Shoe Creator has been broken by the latest update, hopefully it'll be resolved ASAP. Other people have probably already reported it, but it wouldn't hurt all the same, as it emphasises the popularity of the Shoe Creator and desire to see it fixed.

There is definitely one thing the patches never fail to mess up with the updates is the slider!

On the ps4 are least, they sped up the gamespeed so I had to lower that to 42 and the cpu despite the lowered attack the basket rating they once again would drive the ball 60% of the time.

That's always frustrating. Interesting that they are tinkering with the gameplay tuning a bit on Gen 8 while holding off for the most part on Gen 9.

Yeah my guess is that they have been editing online gameplay that might not trickled down to offline play.

If iam honest tho I didnt have to do that much to adjust it back unlike last year however this was only the first patch
