2k18 Resurrected

Anyone have interest in updated cyber faces, courts, jerseys, coaches. Conversions from 21 back to 18?

Nba 2k18 is really my preferred game, I find the player movement, speed and pace more realistic. The newer versions I find play at an absolute snails pace and the current nba is predicated on drive/kick and penetration, which I feel is more accurately modeled in 2k18.

Happy to convert and release any current nba players, courts, jerseys. I’ve basically personally remodeled my entire nba 2k18 to 2k21.

Cool, I'm trying to update the community roster provided on uarneweramods which can be found here too. Although a lot of new rookies are just generic CAPs and stats are not too accurate yet

Will start packing up and releasing a bunch of players within the week.
I'm mostly going season by season and team by team.
If there are any particular players you would really want, please just throw out a list or PM me and I'll work on them.

Will also upload a few clips of my gameplay/sliders/mods.

Here's a few completed players, I made an extra pass on today to ensure they are looking prime. Mostly ripped from 2k21, body's updated, nba 2k18 facial hairs, some with updated textures and rebalancing of colors.

The Lillard is a Nba 2k21 rip with an atreezy face. Full credit to him for the face texture. I will link that below, its a 2k21 mod, I used it for the updated tattoos. Which are great.

Gary Trent Jr and Anfernee Simmons have never been in 2k18, so to add them to a player, will need to add a cyberface ID with the Limono Modifier.

The others are simply plug and play, drop into your modded/waigua folder.

Caleb Swanigan hair is a little meh, but in game you can't really notice. But, I'll eventually go back and make another pass on him, he's pretty low priority and it looks much better than than the stock NBA 2k18 model.


Have probably 200+ players updated. Slowly rolling them out over the next few weeks/months. Will continue posting and updating, even if not much interest, I do this for my own fun/benefit.

Nice one brother. Is your jersey and shorts model are default? About the 2k21 hair, did you try trevor's hair swap tool for 2k17 or simply just editing the scne? i mean it may work for 2k21 to 2k18.

Hair converts fine from 2k21 to 18. Only real issue is can't use the shader files, so if really necessary I'll use 2k18 shaders. Facial hair does not convert at all, due to having different facial animations, so have to use 2k18 facial hairs and adjust them to fit correctly. Believe those are the stock jerseys, however really any jersey can backwards convert will just a few tweaks.
