[Tool] NBA2K12 3DM MOD Tool-Jersey number mapping support

I downloaded the latest version of this mod tool, but when I click on the application icon, I get an error message saying

"NBA2K12MODTOOL has stopped working"

and it never opens.

I dont know what I did wrong though.

I updated my Java as required from Java.com but still the tool is not working. I use Window XP.

3DM isnt Java, try downloading or updating your .NET Framework
