Trying To Replace Blacktop Court

I'm trying to replace the blacktop court, but every time I do it, this happens...
Any suggestions?

Reason is because the Blacktop court has no floor or lightmap file.

I want to change it to the high rise, but idk how to either. Any help would be great!

Is there any way to create a "dummy" iff file. What do I write for the "Offset" value? E.g. I wanna create a dummy s616_floor_lightmap.iff and f616.iff file. How would I go about doing that?

I managed to change the logo. I'm just doing things one at a time to see how far I can get with replacing the floor.

Is there any way to change the surroundings of the court as well? Like change the entire thing?

What file inside the .iff am I replacing for the floor? I don't see one. I'm trying to swap that floor with my custom floor I made with Lagao's court template.

The previous floor was part of the actual 3d model for the entire blacktop environment.
You can add a new floor w/ cheat engine or use my version of the s616.iff file to replace an NBA arena and you can just create a floor in MyLeague

Is it possible to create the former NBA2k courts in like Rucker Park and replace the blacktop court?

I removed the parts related to floor in arena.scn and also plane parts in basket.scn. I assigned a floor in cheat table. But floor looks totally black. Made it for 2k16. There is nothing wrong with the environment but cant see the assigned floor. Any idea?
