Jersey Normal Maps

How do I go about making a normal map for this jersey I made?

Check the 2K14 tutorials section. It can also be called a green alpha channel. There are also generic versions available. Look in the 2k13 or 2k14 sections. Also look in youtube for tutorials for 2K10 to 2K20. The process is similar for all versions but depends on your graphics program.
