Question about CF (who is this)?

does anyone know which player cf is this:



this cf is used for andrew lang in UBR 2k12 1996-1999 rosters.

Man, he looks familiar, but I just can't place him (except to say that it's not Andrew Lang).

Guess the easiest way would be to start with the players on the Bucks rosters for those three seasons. At first glance I thought it might be Randolph Keys, but he had a shaved head during his final seasons in the NBA.

andrew, this unknown cf represents andrew lang cf in 1996 twolves team first. he (lang) was traded from the hawks for christian laettner that season. so that cf can be anyone, from any retro mod. this cf id was put as andrew lang's cf id simply by error.

i hope someone could tell by this picture or .iff file who this might be.

Yes, I understand that. I'm saying to track down who it is, perhaps look up the players who were teammates of Andrew Lang's during those seasons and compare their photos to the cyberface. It's possible that he's been erroneously assigned a face that was meant for one of his teammates, and by double-checking who they were, it might produce the name you're looking for.

Another idea would be to open up the roster save with RED MC and take a look at some of the players that are around Andrew Lang in the database, as he might've been erroneously assigned a CF ID and face file that was intended for them. Again, once you've got some names to look up, you can compare some real photos to the face to see who it's meant to be.

it was very close, but it's not charlie bell. he uses different cf in UBR.

ok, i was trying what andrew suggested, browsing every player in twolves, hawks and bucks roster in 1995 and 1996 mod. no luck, no other player with similar look.

but i discovered another cf id error - jerome allen (twolves, pacers, nuggets) uses tyson chandler's cf

Who else is around Lang in the database? Perhaps one of those players' intended CFID was mistakenly entered (or duplicated) on the wrong row while editing. Perhaps one of them has Lang's face instead, which would be an easy fix.

mistery solved... i'm angry at myself because it was easier than i thought, basically it was in front of my nose all the time - the player is antonio lang!
