How to install this? Can someone help me? In 2K14 modding was much easier, you had the files, you copied them and it worked.

I have the draft class installed but I want to be able to use them in play now with my own custom edited rosters. Is there anyway to add these to created players list. I know there is someone who made this possible online but I don't want to use their base roster. I want to use my own with your rookies.
