When playing offline the game is pretty worthless. My career mode has no cut scenes. You cant download rosters etc.

Don't be cheap bro. I just recently bought this for PC so I could mod after owning it on PS4.

And I missed the Steam sale by a few days so I paid full price.

Just buy the game.
