NBA 2K18 explorer was never created. However, people are using NBA 2K17 explorer because it also works for 2K18. Link below.

Can you explain in more detail the problem? When you try and download, what happens? Like does it send you to a "page cannot be displayed" page?

Does the tool download but not work when you try and load the files in?

Extract all the files first into a folder. For example, create a 2K17 Explorer folder, and place all the contents from the NBA 2K17 explorer archive in it, afterwards click the .exe and it will work.

Cause i dont want make u more mad and spent more of ur time, can u pls upload this file for me so i can download? I wanted explorer for extract this file so to change nbaball color.

Open 2U with the NBA 2K Explorer and search for "nbaball_spalding_allstar_money.iff". Just extract it to your Modded/waigua folder and rename it to "nbaball.iff".

P.S Dont works with 7Zip too

I am not doing that for you, because you need to get the tool to work. You are doing something wrong on your end, and I struggle to believe that you downloaded 7 zip that fast and tried it out that fast. But I'll take your word for it.

2. Which version of NBA 2K18 are you running? Steam version or Codex? I just don't want to waste my time.
