Best PC Roster?

I've been manually updating the default 2K rosters using the NBA 2K18 Sportscrunch Ratings and the 2K18 Current Team Full Playbooks and it has been extremely time consuming.
Are there any rosters out there with these already implemented?
Also, any possible way to get Xbox/PS4 rosters ported to PC?

I can't make any recommendations, but it has been confirmed that we can't copy PS4 or X1 rosters to PC.

Almighty has the best roster in my opinion, from the ones that are released.

It would be nice if they'd make the shared rosters universal somehow. It would be cool if we could download individual players as well (Player DNA)

I don't think Alby's is still doing rosters for PC. I haven't seen one from him this year.

Are we still referring to NBA 2K18 or an older game? I feel like he hasn't been around for a few years
