-Intel DDS Plugin https://software.intel.com/en-us/articl ... rks-plugin (U only need to install this once, to make it work for the 3 methods)

I believe this is something that we should be spending more time on. having a good normal map makes the face looks so much better in game. the texture is more pronounced and the face lighting gets so much better. Thank you so much for this.
