You went far away, just import the .iff files into your modded folder > NBA 2K18\Modded
Ofcourse you must download michaelvlutz49 modding tool and follow the instructions on this site http://www.moddingway.com/file/225686.html

putting face2444.iff to the modded folder gives me an invisible player. idk if its a problem only i encounter but if anyone encounters it, importing it using the file explorer tool solves it.
