Didn't Work for me When I Go back to the Player Edit Screen in the Game the Game Just Shuts Down

I Used Notepad I Don't Know what ++ Means that Might be the Difference

You need to download Notepad++ and use that to do your edits. Regular notepad makes the game crash.
Right click the RDAT and there will be an option to edit with notepad++

Yeah I ran into the same problem until I read that the editing had to be done with the notepad++.

There's a fix for that. You can use portions of the RDAT from another png that has a similar body. First use notepad++ to edit the RDAT with the full info. Then select and copy everything between "eye white": 0, and "RIGVERSION": "2" . Then open/edit the mostly empty RDAT. Put your cursor at the end of "eye white" behind the "0", then hit enter so your cursor goes to the line below right above "RIGVERSION". Right click mouse and hit paste and all the editable stuff will now be in the RDAT. Save it and you should now be able to edit the arm lengths for that RDAT.
