How can i find a image inside the game files?

Have no idea where i can find it...
I was planning to edit it to use on my expansion team.

Probably are inside 0C or 2U file
You can open with 2k explorer tool.
After that you'll need to open logo***.iff files with 2k explorer iff editor (the problem is that the iff 2k explorer editor can not preview dds files with dxt10 compression, only dxt5, dxt3, dxt1.
So you will need to extract then open with any image editor with dds plugin to discover
For example
logo000.iff
logo001.iff
logo002.iff...

There has a huge list of logos, It's going to take a long time .

I want to make them more real, with nike's logos, maybe fictional sponsors...

Like the San Diego Surf and those teams? Look through the manifest file ctrl+f search for similar phrases to find related files but they are in 0K
