Help My Career/Player CF is invincible

Anyone knows how can I change back My Career/Player face ? I've tried to change the CF of MC with my personal CF and I renamed it face1423.iff and png1423.iff then I copy it on my modded folder then I use the limnono tool to assign the CF to my MC then it turn invincible then I tried to turn it back to 1 which is the default ID of MC but nothings happen







I need help now been fixing this for long time but I can't I already deleted all the files related to hair on png.iff file but its still there ..
Anybody knows how to fix it ?

Pretty sure that's controlled by the "bentnormal" texture in the face file.

Also my god that's a lot of caps. A bit excessive... think you could reduce it a bit?
