It's only been 12days I've been there and we haven't run that much. The only real run we have had was a 7.5km run. We train all kind of stuff.

7.5 km? holy crap.. most i've ever done was like a 4.4 but im sure i could've done more.. well not a lot because i remember my feet was starting to get numb so i had to stop.. you must be in crazy shape

Well, we ran quite slow in the beginning, then in the late second half we increased the speed. I didn't manage to run the whole streak, when it was like 1 or 1.5km left I walked & rested, then ran some more, then rest again etc. Some days we walk about 2-3km with the ak5 rifle (4kg), combatvest (about 4kg too), backpack (about 10kg). Then we train some, like shoting or something and walk home again (but more tired).
My shape is about average or worse, but it's increasing I think.
We had one test last week where we ran (don't remember how long it was) and the required time was 8.40, I had 9.13, but I though that the req. time was 8.16 so I though I already was fucked when it was like 8.10 and I was a bit away. So maybe I could've managed that one.
I'm sure as hell gonna do it next time.

Well, they got a gymnasium where I can play but I have to reserve a couple of days before. Thinking of maybe doing that next week.

I have it pretty fucking peachy in my life, but I must complain as it has been a shit day, and I need a release (everybody's home so this is the only appropriate release under the circumstances )
My alarm clock goes off this morning, and feeling a little tired I look at the clock and think "Fuck I have to leave in 10 minutes, I slept in!!"... however I was just so dazed I got it wrong, and I was on schedule. I had to do a presentation in front of the class so I was a little worried. Got to school, did the presentation - phew! We had a guest speaker... who looked like a fucking junkie! I'm going to be a "Youth worker" a field in which the workers are constantly fighting for professional recognition. If you look like a fucking junkie, you should be treated like one god damn it - you're not doing anybody any fucking favours. Then they all complain how youth workers don't make any money! You fucking liers. You keep feeding that shit to everyone in my course, that's fine, half of them will give up and it will be easier for me to find a job. And it does pay reasonably you fucking whingers. Learn how to manage your money.
Then I get home and spend 5 hours on the internet, and I'm thinking "Damn, I'm turning into Jae!" (Only kidding home slice).
I had a basketball game 40 minutes from home, so I left with plenty of time to spare. I'm just cruising along, under the speed limit as usual just taking it easy, when I look in my rear view mirror and am blinded by this cock smocker who has his high beams on! You fucking tool!! So I switch lanes and I'm thinking perhaps I should get behind him and flash my high beams at him to let him know. Instead he gets behind me and is tail gating me, riding me like a cheap hooker. His lights are so bright I cannot look directly at them, and even when I look straight ahead they're reflecting off the review mirror and annoying me. So I shift down a gear, accelerate a little and change into the far right lane as I go through an intersection, at which point I see a flash go off! Fucking red light/speed camera! The cock smoker overtakes me, laughing at me cynically and waving his extended middle finger! Motherfucker! Instead of following the inbred son of a bitch I do a u-turn and go back to see if there was a camera at the intersection or whether the flash was maybe from the headlights of cars waiting at the lights to cut across my path, or from the headlights of the cocksmoker himself. It turns out there is a camera at this intersection. I didn't think I'd exceeded the speed limit, but after replaying the incident in my head a thousand times I don't know anymore. I remember the cock smokers face and his car and if god gives me the priviledge of running into him again, and if I have to pay this fine, I will make sure I get my money's worth at the expense of his piece of shit car.
On top of that we lose the basketball game. Our best scorer is held to two points. Never happened before. One of the 'tough' guys on the other teams was talking smack saying "this isn't netball, netball is outside with the girls in the skirts" after one of our guys was asking for a call. I said to him "then what the fuck are you still doing here?". Fat prick.
I get home and I get a migrane. I get these "migranes" as my doctor calls them, where my vision is blurred to fuck all, my head hurts, and for some reason my left arm went numb. Thank god it's gone, and this day is over. Could be worse, could be way worse, I'm still lucky, and will take the occassional shitty day over a life of pain

I want me neigbours to rot in jail 
they sent my parents death threats ...they brought crooked cops....
they stoned our dogs n put shit into our garden...they night before last they broke our newly built wall..it cost 150,000 rupees(US$1500, somehwere there) ....then they tellin the cops it broke down on itself....and worse part is the stupid cops believed them....
I hope they get sent to jail and they all become Wifey's
