at that resolution, i'm surprised there isn't more distortion. the scoreboards pretty intact, haha.
anyways, the grey bar sticking out is the foul box mesh. the foul box mesh hides behind the scoreboard, and then moves upward when a foul occurs. then after a few seconds, it drops back down to its resting position behind the foul box. It's sticking out of position due to your super high resolution. warping ui elements and such. you probably familiar with all the stuffs that break in ultrawide gaming resolutions.
So, i'm not gonna get into scene importing with blender, cause that's a ridiculous amount of work to set up, but with some simple hex editing you can move the foul box around the screen.... ideally placing it behind the msg scoreboard at its proper resting position.
It would be best if you move the foul box yourself (by following the tutorial i've attached) due to your unique resolution (that i dont have access to) and also i'm gonna be aways from my gaming pc for the next few weeks.
I wrote a tutorial with pictures, its attached to this post. one word of advice, keep the right side of the foul box on the right and the left side of the foul box on the left. maintain the box shape, and you'll do great. The tutorial attached to this post should be enough, but there's also more information at the first post of this thread.
good luck.
