Kidd and Nash have to be locks for first ballot. I'd put Tim Hardaway in as well, though the list of deserving overdue inductions is steadily growing.
We've discussed it before, and I still feel that Grant Hill does have decent case for induction...at some point. Looking at his college career and the kind of player he was before his injuries - he was basically LeBron before LeBron - I don't think it would be inappropriate, especially compared to some others already in the HOF who never reached the heights he did in terms of their individual accomplishments. However, I don't think he should be first ballot, considering the other names on the list.
In the other categories, I think Marv Albert and Rudy T should definitely go in this year.

Kidd, Nash, Marv
He won't get in, but I have to give some love to Jack Sikma. Look at his numbers, especially his shooting percentage.
