Please help how do i install the jersey i already enabled custom art and created a subfolder in my Render folder labeled "xteam" i extracted the files to that folder the jerseys are not showin up in the game thanks guys for your help!

Glancing at the files, you'll also need to edit teamgear.dbf so that the teams use the updated abbreviations. Murat has named them that way so that there aren't any clashes with the default jerseys.

are you talking about the abbreviations for the home and away jerseys?

That's right. Murat's using different abbreviations to account for the new naming conventions (Association, Icon, Statement), so you'd have to either rename them or change the abbreviations in teamgear.dbf accordingly. As I mentioned, the approach would allow maximum compatibility in terms of having the original files still available for older rosters.

ok just to be sure i get what im doing thanks for the speedy reply btw really grateful. ok for example startin with atlanta there team db number is "0" i would replace the shpname section which is titled "home" in to Murat new jersey abbreviation for atlanta which is "atl18as" do i have this correct??

No, their at abbreviation remains unchanged for all the art files. You'd change home under SHPNAME to 18as.

ok cool and the AWAY section would change to "18ic" right do the same for bos, chi, cle etc. ?

That's right. Though, not everyone is choosing to wear their Association jersey at home and Icon jersey on the road, so if you want that to be accurate, you'll have to change it up accordingly. For example, the Bulls are now wearing their red Icon jerseys at their primary home uniform, while their white Association jerseys are their road uniforms; a reversal of the tradition teams have generally followed up until this season.

one last question so sorry the color of the socks how would i change them inside the db which section?

i also followed your instruction now the whole uniform is gone the players have red jerseys with the words "texture" still not coming up on them what did i do wrong please help?

Full DBF editing guides can be found in our Wiki. There's a link at the top of the Forum.

If there's a red "missing texture" texture, either CustomArt hasn't been enabled properly, the files haven't been placed in the correct subfolders, or there's an inconsistency with the pointers to the art files in the databases.

hi installing the boston celtics cyberface pack for 2018 i installed it to the correct directory program files/EASPORTS/render also have customart enabled i still do not see the files in the game please help thank you

Do you have a roster with those players already created, all using the appropriate PLAYERPKG?

yes only difference between the playerpkg is the capitalizing of letters not sure if that matter when replacing the abbreviations

I believe the PLAYERPKG always needs to be in capitals, though it doesn't actually matter if the filename isn't. Also make sure that the player isn't still designated as created.

ok maybe thats whats wrong my version of jaylen brown is created is it possible to add a cyberface to created player by turning off the "is created" to false?
