MOD portraits lose effect because of the newest update.

It seems 2k update portraits by SYNC.BIN, so there is no way to find out the file by 2k explorer to overwrite.

Last year you could rename certain files in the SYNC.bin to disable them in-game. The only problem is you have to be in offline mode to stop them from updating.
