How to import this portraits to NBA 2K18? I can't find appropriate program

I replace Derick Rose portrait:) but how to make iff portrait file? I have onlu dds file with portrait?

update1: i restart game and portraits have disappeared...why? i changed portraits for ball, rose, tatum, kuzma and lillard but now them are gone...

update2: i change cp3 portrait in nba 2k17 explorer.I started the game, but the portrait was animated. I started the trainer, activated the force player pictures. For all the players were porters, but for Chris there was no empty spot.. i exit game and launch again. portrait was animated again..how to approve the display portrait for traded players..

Most people don't understand the amount of work that goes into making portraits. Nice job my friend.

@dee and bluejay , yes we do modding because we like doing that, but if we share it that's because we want some feedback, if not we can always mode our game without sharing... Anyway as I said I like modding and sharing so I will not stop that....

@3ram can you be more specific what players don't show...
