Kevin McHale NBA-Life Lesson

"People will always talk about 'the things you learn in the NBA,'" McHale says. "You know what you learn in the NBA? You learn how to play basketball. That's it. The only other thing I learned in my career with the Celtics was how to follow tall men through airports. You'd get your ticket from the trainer, and you'd follow the other tall men to the gate and get on the plane. It was like a herd of camels moving through the crowd. That was when we took commercial flights. Now we charter. You don't even have to learn how to follow tall men."

Now you too, have learned the secrets of the NBA.

"Following Tall Men Through Airports". That's a name for an autobiography if ever I've heard one.

I don't care what he thinks. Boston sucks. That is all.

Hmmm maybe that's why the Rockets seemingly jumped the gun on firing him.

I don't like James Harden, but I appreciate that he agrees with me:

Comparing resumes, I don't think Harden's in a position to call McHale a clown.

Too coddled, I agree. Or maybe we're just a bunch of haters. That seems to be a popular view.

Fact.
