Paid 21.84GBP (GBP is often times cheaper than to buy it in € or $) on 13. August which is ~24,5€. Early on it was 21.99GBP there then they slowly raised it to 28.99GBP. If you know you want a Game you should preorder at least 1 Month ahead, because on CDKeys and some other Sites the prices are way cheaper ahead of release. I even saw it at some other site for like 21€ but it was ever earlier and I did not want to commit money to them.
