It is the 5 best teams from the 60's, the 10 best teams from the 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's, and 10's, along with the top 40 players who were not included on teams in the roster file.

I would consider adding Roy to the FA pool. I'd be open to hearing other players that could be added to the FA pool, also. When picking the FA list, I looked at basketball-reference.com's top 100 or 500 list and picked the players from the top 100 that weren't already in the project. I won't add FA that would be a duplicate of a player who is already on a team.
In what ways do you feel 16 GSW was better than 15 GSW?

Dirk's team had a legendary run through the WC in 06. I have to say I don't know Philly & Indiana too well but I strongly believe the Wolves and the three Mavs teams were better than them at basketball. In 2001, the Western Conferece sports 4 teams that certainly beat the Sixers (Lakers, Blazers, Kings, Spurs) and 2 that have a good chance to do so (Mavs, Wolves). The 03 Mavs & 04 Wolves had good chances at a championship (better chances than Philly) and went out due to playoff injuries to key players. The 06 Mavs were as successful as the 76ers but are probably an afterthought in people's minds due to the way they lost the finals while Philly was heralded for winning that one game as huge underdogs, handing the Lakers their only playoff loss that year. 07 Mavs are weird due to suffering that historic upset but were a great team in the regular season. I mentioned them (and 16 GSW) because I care more about quality than success. 03 Mavs might even be similarily iconic as the 76ers, representing the wild Don Nelson years with great offense in stark contrast to the rather ugly game the Sixers played.
Dirk & KG are two of my favorite players and I don't really like Iverson's game so I'm biased here but I'm confident both of them are clearly superior players and I can go into detail if you want. Iverson has that lone-offensive-star-carries-a-bad-team-to-surprising-success story in his bag which is always great publicity and comparable to this year's Thunder, 06 Lakers, and early years of Jordan & Lebron (2015 finals even, considering injuries). KG and David Robinson also carried similarily bad teams to 50 win seasons but never reached the finals until they got better teammates and usually played better opponents but found success with defense & teamplay rather than as lone gunners so they don't get the same kind of stories written. I'd always take the player who can improve an already good team rather than one who carries a bad team to mediocrity. Some even consider Iverson's peak (impact-wise) to be with the Nuggets due to a more efficient & team-oriented playing style and I'm inclined to agree. How do you go about building a great team with 01 AI or 17 Westbrook without changing how they play? But I'm getting off on a tangent here.
In the end Dirk & KG already have teams in your list, even if they're past their physical peaks in those years and Iverson had that iconic year with team success and a memorable playoff series. I wouldn't choose the Sixers (or Nets) but won't say it's wrong to do so.

Some good ones though. I'm actually proud of my block with Drexler, because we all know that its tough to get blocks in this game.

Wow that looks great, thanks for sharing! If you don't mind me asking -- do you use any particular visual enhancements, aside from the Global that is included with the URB files? I've been trying out different SweetFX combos, but can't seem to find one that looks as good as yours.

what is your personal preference about 2k13 and 2k14 mod, on which game do you prefer to play it, i mean which do you think brings best of urb in terms of realism?

I know you are not asking me, but I'll give my opinion... because I have a strong one.
NBA 2K14 has one advantage over 2k13 in my opinion, Shot blocking. Otherwise, NBA 2K13 was superior. The dribbling moves, the offensive moves in general, are more realistic and you can do more in 2K13. You can drop step dunk, and spin move dunk in NBA 2K13, you can't in 2k14.
So, I choose 2k13 overall, 2k13 would be complete if it had good shot blocking.
