Tattoos Editing and Importing HELP

Does anyone knows about Editing Tattoos in 2K17?

I'd imagine so, since we've had a few tattoo updates released in the Downloads section. Daemon might be able to offer some advice on that front.

I hope they bring this back for the Created Players and Draft Classes for 2K18. I think the NCAA does have a rule regarding tattoos, but it would be nice if they can creatively incorporate it with the MyLeague franchises. Like in the second or third eye, they start tatting themselves up.
