I use ShadyMikeGaming's sliders. Any recommendations? I find that sometimes the game is too easy and then elite teams like Golden State and Houston I have a lot of difficulty competing with. The Thunder give me a lot of problems as well.

If you want the best CHALLENGE, while still being able to enjoy the game. I recommend using HOF settings as a base, turning body up sensitivity to 0 for both USER/CPU, changing the CPU/USER gather and release defense to 30 (listen, in REAL LIFE players hit shots with defense on them, it happens every NBA game and many times, the fact that they allow a shooter say like Devin Booker, shoot a protected shot that doesn't even hit rim, or make players like him miss wildly just because a player is in his space, is VERY unrealistic). Changing that defense slider makes the game flow on Offense more realistically, and defensively it rewards you realistically for getting right up on someones shot (Not just standing in there space to make it protected). If 30 is too low, try 35 for both use and CPU. Also, make the fouls for CPU and USER to 30, with the exception of Reaching Fouls, put those at 45. If you make the reach in foul frequency 30, you will get far too many on ball steals. One of the big annoyances in this game are the lame fouls, when left at 50, there were a combined 78 free throws taken in one game, and my next game 72. MANY of the fouls were by my CPU teammates, which was really frustrating. Also, turn Defensive rebounds to 60, and offensive rebound to 40 for both user and computer, the fact that when you keep the offensive rebounds at 50 and teams get 20-30 offensive rebounds a game is outrageous, and unrealistic. Doing the 60-40 balances is out better.
Hope this helps, and good luck. I have experimented a lot with sliders, and those are the one's that work best for me. In my opinion, the game flows much better and more realistically, and also creates a great challenge.

That many fouls? I play with all foul settings on 100 and I don't get that many.
