I can't download my mods

I got NBA 2K14 on the PC today due to wanting to be able to play the D League and NCAA mods for the game. I have jsgme and have the D league mod files inside the mod folder. But whenever I enable it and restart the game nothing happens. I also have to create an account every single time I start up the game. There is also no sub folders in the directory. Im an experienced modder but NBA Live 08 and this game have been a challenge for me...The mods never work. Please help me!!!!!!

1) The game that you got is most likely a unverified purchase, or in other terms, the game was not officially bought.
2) Are you sure you put the right files in the folder of Local Disk C:\Program Files\ 2K Sports
3) Remind me again what jsgme was again, if it includes any Saves, go to your search bar and search up %appdata% then go to 2K Sports, then Saves

Since you posted two questions about the D-League mod I'll answer them both here.

Unzip the file to a temporary folder. You should have a folder named D League roster V1.0. Inside that folder there are two folders. Main Directory and Roster. JSGME is basically a file swapper. It allows you to use multiple mods for a game by activating the mod you want. Read the JGSME post in the releases section to set it up. Make sure NBA 2K14 works without any mods enabled. JSGME will create a MODS folder inside your NBA2K14 folder. Copy (or move) the Main Directory folder to the MODS folder and rename it D League or something similar. Copy the files(ROS) in the ROSTER folder where your NBA2K14 saves are. Typically C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2K14\Saves. Run JSGME and activate the D League. Start up the game and load the roster.

I can't positively answer the account issue. I don't play online ever so I enter the wrong date of birth. 1/1/2016. I don't meet the requirements to play online (since I'm only a year old) but I can play off line. The NBA2K servers probably aren't active for NBA2K14 any longer. I did this initially so automatic updates would not be made. I did not want the game to overwrite cyberfaces, uniforms and stadiums that I had installed.

First of all I bought the game second hand in CeX which is a trusty international site. I have a key code in the box on the Manuel.

I have the D-League folder done as you said. But there is no roster folder inside. The download must be forget for the D-League which sucks as I am one of its very few big fans. I try JSGME but NCAA March Madness needs to overwrite files and it doesn't seem to work with JSGME. Im not a noob to modding but sports games have always been a challenge for me.

I am also currently using NCAA March Madness 2K14 running smoothly so no problems there except for the big MyCareer one as previously posted.

First thing, you should confine your questions regarding the d-league to one post. You have three post covering the same subject.

The D-League mod I'm referring to is made by Jaws2K (or JAWSFreelao). https://sites.google.com/site/jaws2k/home
Maybe you are referring to an older mod but this is the latest D-League mod that I know of. This mod contains all of the necessary files except a readme file explaining how to install the mod.

JSGME should be used to install one mod at a time. It should be used on a plain install (without any mods). It is used to save hardrive space. Otherwise you would have to copy your NBA2K folder and rename it for each mod you want to play. This wastes space by duplicating any files common to all mods. Some people find JSGME too difficult to understand or use but it is actually very easy. You should create a March Madness folder and a D League folder in the MODS folder. Activate one mod and play the game. If you try to enable a second mod, JSGME will give you a warning that the file(s) have already been enabled. For example, a uniform may have the file name UA005.iff. If you try to enable a second mod you will have uniforms mixed in the two mods. This happens because the mod overwrites the original NBA files and both mods have a file named the same.

I think Andrew gave the correct information about the MyCareer issue but you should read the post or ask the question in that post. I know the post is very long. If the forum search does not find the information go the the original post. Press CTRL-F. Type in mycareer. Using the up/down arrows and switching to the next page, you may find the information you seek.
