Uploading Designs

Hello, I've been creating some teams in MyLeague and I wanted to upload the designs from my computer to the game so I can use them in-game, the website https://www.nba2k.com/?redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nba2k.com%2Fupload doesn't work, and said "it doesn't recognize my account in their system" even though I am signed into the same account in game and on my computer. If I could get some help on how to properly upload pictures it would be much appreciated. All I want to do is use my own designs in game. Thanks.

Consult the tutorials section and see if you can come up with anything. Otherwise you could ask for a more experienced or a roster editor.

Not everyone is online at the same time, and not everyone has the same knowledge, so you'll need to be more patient than that when waiting for an answer.

However, in this case, you're talking about an issue with 2K's website and account system. If it's definitely the same account - same email address and all that - then I'd be getting in touch with 2K Support about the issue. It sounds more like something they're going to have to fix from their end.

If you show the designs here, I can upload them for you.

Of course, if you want to upload designs yourself and the issue persists, definitely hit up 2K Support and see what's going on with your account.
