Haven't watched in a good month. Have I missed anything worth seeing?

Both days of the UK Championship Tournament were amazing. Nice wrestling, UK crowd, and really good storytelling. First time I've truly hated a heel in a while.

Smackdown has been really good overall IMO. Nothing really standing out as must watch though.

oh, and Okada vs Omega. Epic match
Opinions are my own.

I have watched the first day of the UK Championship Tournament, and they've got some nice stiff, wrestling! I've been spoiled with the results, but I'd still watch the second day this week.

Also, Kurt Angle will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

EDIT: The UK Championship belt looks a lot more prestigious than any of the Raw and Smackdown's tag, women's, and world title belts.

Nice to see Angle involved with WWE again. No confirmation that he'll ever work another match, but he hasn't ruled it out.

It's been interesting to see the reactions, given the fact they were looking to re-open the murder case involving his ex-girlfriend back in the 80s. Definitely seeing some heated discussions between people defending him and wanting to uphold "never speak ill of the dead", and those who view him as a fallen star and are looking at things from the perspective of his ex-girlfriend's family.

the difference between him and Benoit was that he got away with it. Doubt that he'll be erased from WWE history like Benoit was

I was a fan of Angle's. Always loved watching him work in WWE and he was one of the few that I actually liked watching in TNA. Hope he signs on as American Alpha's manager or something.

In other news, looks like I'm headed to ORLANDO for Wrestlemania! My cousin and her husband went to Jerry World last year and are going again this year so I've decided to tag along.

What happened with Snuka was also kind of swept under the rug, whereas the Benoit murder-suicide was a high profile news story. Snuka was also never found guilty of anything whereas Benoit clearly did something (unless you buy into the conspiracy theories), so the WWE can approach it a little differently. I think they've ultimately done the right thing with Benoit; he's there on the Network, and acknowledged in title histories, but you can't search for him, and he's not celebrated or openly promoted.

I already knew she was coming back and was still somehow a little surprised it was her under the mask. In hindsight, it should have been totally obvious lol
It will probably be for a triple threat at WM?

Originally the character was played by someone else while they figured out where they wanted to go with it, but then the decision was made to have her re-debut with the reveal.

I think the second Luchadora was Deonna Purrazo, then she just turned out to be the placeholder for Mickie until the reveal.

yeah that makes more sense since she isn't an official nxt member.

what are thet chances that Kurt Angle wrestles in the WWE again? Personally, this year is doubtful but maybe they'll build up something for next year's Wrestlemania?
although it would be awesome if he was a surprise Rumble entrant, won the Rumble and fights at Wrestlemania since I'll be there lol

I wouldn't be too surprised if he does have at least one more match in WWE. Perhaps an impromptu match with Rusev at Wrestlemania, like The Rock did last year? And then perhaps another match somewhere down the line, before he hangs it up for good.

very good match. Just wish they would stop rewarding part-timers. At this rate 2 of the 3 main events at Mania will just be all part-timers. That's not how you build talent.

Agreed. It was a great match, but I would prefer to have AJ go to WrestleMania as champion.

But this only shows that the main feud of Smackdown is a whole lot better than Raw's.

100% agree. Not saying Cena doesn't deserve it, but jeez Cena doesn't deserve it.

Okay. I kinda hoped Joe would make his main roster debut. Or Kurt making a return. The only surprise was Dillinger at #10, but that was completely expected by everyone. I'm seeing Reigns vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania.

I guess it's an okay show. Styles vs Cena definitely made it for me.

edit: just had to add another LMMMMMAAAOOOOOO.

LMMMMAAAAOOOO @ CENA VS ORTON AT MANIA. WELCOME TO 2009.

Mania is a hard pass this year. I'll just find the highlights of whatever match undertaker has.
