If you're going to go with the Pentium at least consider trying to go up to the 1060 6GB. The extra 2GB of VRAM puts it outside the consoles reach. (They only can access 5GB of total memory.) So your only bottleneck is going to be that Pentium and since it's a 1151 socket you can drop in a quad-core down the road to pick up the extra threads you'll eventually need.
Worth noting that the 1060's only require a 6-pin connection at most usually so you're still running at 2012 or lower TDW's.
DF had some benchmarks where the 1050 ran into some odd walls that even the 3GB 1060 chewed through.
