I want to do some changes in Rosters in Franchise mode.Which database should i edit? The original,the working,the temp....

Saved database, current database and working database

the players.dbf in your saved franchise folder.
if u want to trade players or create new players,
just copy the players.dbf and paste it over the workdb, currentdb and origdb and go to the main screen of the game and save it.
