2K14 Stadiums etc in 2K17?

So.. Looking through all the stadium files.. I came across one from 2K14? Here's a screenshot:
It really caught me off guard.. Would this mean that there are some files able to be ported over to 2K17 from 14?
Either way I figured it was good info to have, the stadium is s104.iff in the euro archive
