So I finally used Cheat Engine online

Thu Nov 10, 2016 3:07 pm

I just couldnt' take it anymore. 7'3" centers flying around at 99 speed. I tried it for two entire games. And it sucked. I hated it. It made my guy play on steroids. I just flung shots at half court that went in. Can someone explain the mentality of these damned losers who enjoy cheating and playing with 99 all players? Why even bother? I found myself ignoring the subtleties of the game and just lunging for steals and chucking half court shots.

JWL3, they have no skill. That's why. It's like that bully who bullies people because he has deep insecurities.

It's a damn shame that people have to be that way.

I'd say you've hit the nail on the head there. I also think some people are more concerned with winning online, or being able to say that they won, than competition, mastering the game, and enjoying the experience. We probably all knew that kid growing up who always had to win/have their own way, and at the end of the day it's just another form of that.

Surprisingly, I managed to lose both games, due to taking bad shots (feeling immortal) and not passing. It's hard to wield power responsibly.

I think the PC MyPark hackers have overrun the place. Used to be 40% or so. Now, it seems like it's around 70%. Pity the poor newbie players who playagainst them with no badges and no rankings.

100% right. You can tell because they can't even guard a simple dribble drive or a backdoor cut. And their offense consists of a pick and jacking a 3 or a few step backs and a 3. There was never any team ball going on or timing your layups to throw off defenders.

This is one of the reasons why I hate playing online these days,I also used to play alot of head to head quick matches from 2013-2014 but I tried plying the last two years and every game your playing the Warriors or Cavs and the cheese is being played to full effort!

I take it at face value that that's their stance and that players will be punished if they're caught. The problem is, people are going to find ways of getting around bans, or avoiding getting caught in the first place.

you complain about online cheating and then you use it yourself then you complain about it some more.you want it to stop then ask 2k to actually hire a proper pc team then implement server checks for your attributes so they match your player or simply stop having them making my career player into an online mode and then try to balance it.a simple idiot could fix the problem

Yes, because simply asking 2K to fix it will solve the problem.

I applaud OP for not letting others ruin your online gameplay experience. Do what you have to do.

I just give up. It's getting rampant. Up to at least 80% cheaters now. I had racked up a 155-60 record. Today, I lost 10. Won 3. A few of those endings were obscene. A pull up half court 3 that hit nothing but net. Dudes that were insanely fast. I've never seen anything like it. My squad used to win 80% of the games we play. We actually beat a team who then came back 2 games later with supercharged stats and speed and beat us barely. My open teammates from dribble penetration were closed out on with superhuman speed.

I'm going to give this a rest for a week. If in a week the situation doesn't improve, I'm through with 2k for good.

I waited 2 1/2 years for them to fix it. 2k15 - no different. 2k16 - all year, no different. I begged them to fix it. Nope. I was sick of it. Short of giving up on the game, this was the only thing to do. I tried it and hated it. Even when I won, it felt hollow. Like I didn't earn it, which I didn't. And I hated being 99 all vs someone who actually wasn't cheating. So I'd turn it off - and then get crushed by hackers.

last year all of you where screaming towards people who got banned for cheating when they played single player only this year you all encourage it.yea actually complaining instead of being quiet and being on this forum complaining about it wont fix a thing online.you should try to spam them on their twitter or facebook to actually get any support for you complaints instead of encouraging cheating online and then nagging like 3 year olds about it

if you think joining them will fix anything then you are completely wrong.what you are doing is just encouraging others to do the same as you.not very smart business if you want it to stop.spamming 2k is a better solution then then bragging about you being a cheater aswell on this forum.i have been in the cheating business for a decade if you think forum rants and you and 100 others start cheating will fix anything then you wont ever get a decent online experience for the next 40 years.complaining solves the problem not joining them

I never said that I thought joining them wlll fix anything. It will even the playing field, which is all one can hope for at this point. 2k is well aware of this cheating situation. Either that, or they're completely obtuse. Their servers crash all the time because some guy takes Cheat Engine too far and crashes the entire park. 2k devs also frequent this site and follow posts, so complaining on this forum is not entirely useless.

The park has become unplayable for the last 2 weeks. Like I said, I tried cheat engine for two games and hated it. Hated that I won because of it. And I'd rather quit than play as a hack. I won't be using it anymore and if the park doesn't improve soon, I'm giving it up for good. Next year, if I do buy 2k, it will be for a console where you can't damned cheat. Been a pc bball gamer since lakers v celtics but it's time to move on if 2k won't fix this.
