Just that i get it right. You. Import an default skinny model to blender than Import garnett model, shrink wrap it to the skinny one an Export it?
Is that the right way? Because if we can project one cf to another it could be a great year of modding
For me it works just till Export than i get error. Any solution?

Well you import the one you're editing for first, so in this case Garnett. Then you shrinkwrap the arms and the rest of the body to the skinny model.
When you right click a png.iff file and open it with 7zip you will notice that it has a appearance_info.RDAT file. Inside this file is what contains information like the type of jersey, so in this case a skinny jersey type (like KD's). So, you have to find a appearance_info file with a skinny jersey type and put replace the appearance_info in the png file you're editing.
You may need to re align some vertices and mess around with it to make it fit the jersey. Often what will happen is it will clip through the jersey a lot, so you're going to need to mess with that a bit.

Select the hihead from the model you're editing in the import box.

No, just replace all the low quality models with the main model, as well as hihead files.

In regards to replacing various jerseys with other ones. If people are not aware, the 12-13 Heat never actually wore the following jerseys in that respective season:
-Red Zone (they wore this in 13-14)
-Black Classic Away 1 from the 90's (they wore this in 13-14)
-Floridian (They wore this in 11-12)
So I just replaced them with the jerseys they did wear, like the Christmas Jersey, Noche Latina and the Opening Night jersey with the Larry O'Brien trophy tag and underlined yellow font.

Nicely done, and logically replaced.

There are files called uniform_XXX.iff, XXX meaning the graphic ID. They're in their respective archives, you just have to open and re open uniform files until you get the right one. How I make them Is, I go into MyLeague and I upload the team design to the servers. I download it, and then I screenshot the jersey preview you get in the play game menu. In order to get the alternates, you have the replace the Home or the Away jersey with the alternate files and then screenshot again.

Thanks man, nearly took me a month to do which is ridiculous. I atleast got a bulk of the jerseys fixed, the biggest problem I have right now is editing numbers/letters and since Greg has gone silent.... again and his website is down it doesn't look great.

Good stuff!

Very nice to be able to play with those navy blue Mavs jerseys. Thanks!

Did you change his bodytype? If so, thats great because he wasnt so bulky as in Lakers and later in his career.
Fantastic job overall!
Tue Nov 08, 2016 9:49 pm
Yes I did, I just overall made him less fat around the face and fixed his eyes. He looks a lot better in game then he does in the roster editor.

Pretty spot on, I'd say.

Thanks, I can really tell people don't really care about the classic aspect of modding. Last year, I focused more on the current NBA when it came to modding and I would get a lot more support/requests. I mean just look at my jersey pack, it took nearly a month to do and took a lot of effort and I only got three responses.
