Hey guys,

Here my tutorial for making u own MOD for 2k courts. First, a HUGE THKS to GREG, for made blender tools for us.

So, lets started, hope can u understand my terrible english.

1 - In this download, u have TWO FILES:
- MODDED FLOOR model. One texture court.
- A .psd file, with all layers for u made a easy court mod.

2 - Editing:
- All lines for the court is on the .psd! Just 3pt line is on the 3D model and it´s original WHITE. So, if u need to change colors of lines, u need to change on .psd for all lines and for 3pt line, u need to edit "floor_lines.e73c9c0b969242a7.dds" on "fxxx.iff" Change the color and save with DXT5.

- After finish textures on .psd, u need to RESIZING this to 6144x6144 pixels. After this, saving on "big76ers256.b12657766f340003.dds" and it´s done.

Does this work on all arenas? Also, did you ever sort out the scratches being too big?

Ima give this a try. Do you think you can help me scale the center logo down abit. I wanted it to match my Retro and NCAA courts i had back in 2k14.

I've tryed Rockets and Hornets and I've got the same bug. I guess its happening with all stadiums. How to fix it anyway?

Nice, but i didn't understand how I should extract the "floor.dds" on the fxxx.iff?

Don't think it happens on all stadiums. The problem with templates is that every arena has a slightly different size floor model, so the flickering is due to the overlapping geometry.

Okay, I found a fix. In Blender, open the floor model and make the center court logo and the 3pt line one pixel up. Make sure you only move those two things up. If you move the whole model up, it won't work.

Can you fix it and upload a fixed version of template? Im trying to find a solution, but im having issue with Bender.

I can't do that without permission from Lagoa. If he gives me permission, sure thing.

BTW Lagoa, can you add a 3-point line to this, so we can change the floor color inside of the line?

Lagoa, can you attach a .psd with 3pt lines in template? Is it possible to put all of that in one .psd?

One more thing, i found out some black smudge (two actually). Also, lines in the center of the cour, how to delete them? I removed them in .psd, but they are still there.

One more problem, when you put new floor model (TBM version), names under the players are invisible, probably because you lifted floor for few pixels.

Also, what do we need to change for EuroLeague 3pt line and court dimensions?

Lagoa, how to import and export the dds file to iff file?

Hey Lagoa, apparently there was a bug in the floor file. The texture doesnt match the floor itself. See the pic below.
