So how many teams can we have in one roster entirely with every team fully unlocked?

Maumau, a suggestion: unlock a team (as you are doing), and go to the league customization screen in MyLeague. Then put this unlocked team in one of the divisions, and then change from one division to another, from one conference to the other. You will see lots of bytes changing in the memory viewer. I know some of them are related to the division/conference of the team (00 01 northwest, 40 01 pacific, C0 00 southwest and so forth, I don't remember them all), but maybe one of the changing bytes is related to the number of players a team can have (since every team used in MyLeague must be able to have 15 players, and that's why a HS team is automatically filled with FA's when one unlocks it and uses as a MyLeague team, for example).
Maybe those things I just said are old news, but anyway..

All nba regular teams, classic teams, euro teams, MyCareer's ncaa teams, DLC ncaa teams, high-school teams, national squads, all expansion teams, maybe a couple of 2k sports/visual concepts hidden team (that I am just assuming it exists since it always does), maybe the ringers/ballers blacktop teams as well. So there are A LOT of available slots. Not all of them are playable right away though. In the future hopefully all of them can be used as retro teams in a roster like Dee's one for instance.

I already found the number of players assigned toa team:

now I want to increment Alba Berlin from 11->15 players

Good. So 0E means 14 players, right? Or it doesn't work just converting hex to dec?

Yes 0E = 14 players
then you need to assign them to the team.....hex bytes below....tricky part so far

Yes, I noticed a while ago that unlocked expansion/HS teams have this part filled with 00, so that must be related to players/coaches. Seems complex. As soon as I get some free time I will try to help somehow.

You have coach first then players...be careful crash to desktop often occur editing this part....

Wow guys really love what you are doing! Mauro, do you know where shoe team colors are located?? I guess they should be close to regular team colors, but never looked for it.

Ups, sorry, I overlooked it. Great to have this found because I'll have to edit them when I finish the shoe edits.
Never tried it, but it seems that the uniforms part of the roster is bit aligned, so great. Maybe I'll bother you guys a bit when I be on it, because I have zero experience with the cheat engine...

Real quick:
This is not roster related, but interesting nevertheless.

It works perfectly for MyLeague, I don't know if it works for play now, haven't tested. Anyway, if you want to change your shot clock to 45 seconds before someone proposes it, there you go.

If I release a player to free agency only this byte is changed...so I suppose this block is only related to coach & team rotations

if I assign Axel Toupane from FA->Wizard only those bytes changes in the player related HEX block.....

Satoransky of Wizard has the same bytes.....so I guess I (could) found Team ID:

Those bytes somehow represent Wizards
C0 62 09 48 01 -> WAS Wizards
Anyway I'm taking a break becouse after 4 hours of try/catch I can't still expand roster from 12-15 players
I'll work on my SFX mod in the near future....

Loving this thread.
Any idea if the GMs from MyGM can be edited within the roster or would it only show up in CE after you start the MyGM mode?
I was thinking it would be great to make a roster with all of the team GMs and Owners having their real names.. Otherwise I don't really know where I'd find that in CE with the MyGM mode open if it isn't tied to the rosters.

I don't know how the roster handles GMs, a lot of stuff seems to change when you enter MyLeague (or MyGM), so I am not sure.

I really miss being able to mess around on Cheat Engine, I still haven't figured where the wingspan and shoulder width data is stored. And maybe it's possible to make players wear goggles and facemasks, but I am not sure. Just wondering at the moment, since time has been a problem last couple of days.

Changes are reset after patch 1.05! =(
Lose all my tweak colors and now, if i try to edit again, rosters file dont save anymore.... =(

Yep, just like last year you have to go and find them again.
