the method that alot of shoe patches use is,
if u're starting of from scratch, just extract shoe.fsh from xplrcmn.viv,
and extract all the files using fshtool,
then just open one of the 128X128 bmp of a shoe using photoshop or some kind of paint editor.
resize it to a larger picture sometihng like 512X512.
then just copy paste the picture of the shoe u wanna patch on to the bmp, keeping in mind where the heel, arch, front parts of the shoe go,
its pretty easy when u get the hang of it...
