2K17 build Ideas

I'm planning a budget build at the lowest possible. Medium High settings at 60 frames. I'm also probably adding SweetFx or ENB to improve it. I also probably want a low power 2gb card. Hoping $150ish USD. Post some build ideas even if its gonna go over.

The $150 budget is for the card alone? Because at $150 you're looking at "junkyard build" - investing a lot of time into finding used parts for as cheap as possible.
