Looks good overall. I really like that passing is faster. Ball movement is going to be more fun & rewarding this year (until they patch it lol). The bodies look a bit funny but everybody else has already touched on that enough.

That looks like a CPU vs CPU gameplay. I am quite sure it is that way. And because of that, that amazes me even more. Players are intelligent, they run proper offense, they know what shot they have to use, they find shooters. Incredible. The use of stepbacks and hop steps is amazing. Curry is so fucking overpowered (note: I've realized that in those long distance threes he uses the backboard in most gameplays I have seen). Shot selection of Curry's long shots could be improved bc right now sometimes looks a little bit forced to me.

But I have been impressed by the CPU logic and IQ. For instance, the first play of CLE, after they get the offensive rebound it is so damm real. LBJ uses a P&R to get into the paint, weak side defender comes to stop him and JR Smith, who was defended by this man, curls to the top. On hand pass IN MOTION by James, HOP catch by JR as in real life, bottom-net. This got me astonished.

why are both Kyrie and K-Love shooting stepbacks when they are wide open, is Dion Waiters head of the gameplay department

Yeah that drive-and-dish by LeBron to JR stood out to me too. That looked a lot like what the Cavs / LeBron actually do

Why the hell does EJ still have glasses, lol? I can't even remember how he used to look with a pair of those.

Shorts look too baggy. Some guys like James Harden wear his shorts shorter than his compression shorts. You should be able to edit the shorts length in edit player.

Defense looks static, probably on lower difficulty.

Is it me, or there's no sound on the video?

I kinda like the new lighting and overall feeling, but it still feels kinda awkward. I feel like there are solid differences graphics-wise between 2k17 and last year's game. At first glance, it felt like I was watching a NBA comic, like 2K decided to use Borderland graphics for this sports game.
After the first zoom in though, I could see some really cool details even though the video is not U-HD or something. In a matter of seconds, the game felt normal and it was like I was watching a real game(with sluggish AI movement).

Can't really give my impression on the gameplay, everything was too arcade. I liked the new jumpshots though, they really improved the animations.

Scoreboard is still ugly, but I guess I'll have to shut up about it, there is no point in complaining about that.

Courts still look miserable. Is that a black perimeter line on Rockets court? If my memory is good, last year that line was red. I hope this doesn't mean Rockets court was updated and it can't be modded by some of the talented members here who can give it a proper look.

Actually Rockets' court last year looked very, very differently, so it might be some actual new design Rockets are going to use this year?

Other than that I can't really say anything about gameplay, because the guy doesn't play basketball.

I like the lighting, it looks better to me. The defensive AI (As stated above) looks a little off... players seem to still get stuck on eachother. But it does look a bit better. Atleast the guy playing the game isn't just chucking up threes.

I'm excited for this release. I like the presentation as well (stat poppers)

I am a little shocked though that they didn't add one of Kobes Gasol teams to the game. Almost all those guys on the 09-10 and 08-09 teams are in the game anyway, would have been easy to put together and a nice way to compliment the legend edition Kobe version.

But looking at these gameplays and trailers, MS23LB will have a lot work with floor colours this year again.

I like some of the new jumpshots. Melo and Klay's shots look quicker/more realistic/smoother. I'm not seeing a lot of issues with players sticking together. The guy using the Warriors is doing a pretty solid job playing (Hes running pick n rolls, looking for open shooters etc). I'm actually getting really pumped for this game.

I like the pro am intro to the arena. Not really an intro but I like that part.

That video looks like 2K16. I didn't see anything earth shattering. Still a lot of unforced turnovers and steals, and no man to man or help side defense, maybe because Houston is playing....

Iverson finally has a new CF. It will need to be tweaked, but it does look better. Not sure about his sideburns though...

But atleast the FACE looks a bit more like him in my opinion (Eyes/nose/mouth). Not sure what they were thinking with the hair, or making his face so thin again.

Again, I stated it will need to be tweaked. That's for sure.

For those who want to fast forward to a close up, go to 6:54 in the video (hes at the line) and pause it.

Literally the only problem is that his head is too small and too thin. Other than that I can live with it.
