If you use the Limono Modifie you can just set their cf id to be one of the Euro players and then just apply that to Ingram and Zubac.

Too bad Pandahero can't finish what he started, this is a very cool roster. There are extra roster spots that need to be added to some teams, to add additional players.

I'm baffled at why these Chinese modders are so private with their mods. Heck if someone that speaks Chinese could translate their stuff, they could open a page and sell the mods done by these Chinese modders. Apparently, they're the only ones right now that can come up with a fully functional roster editor, yet they won't share it with anyone else. It's pretty crappy. Not saying they should do it for free. They could actually make some money on this stuff!

There is a semi roster editor.... it costs money though. It can edit accessory colours, coaches etc. things like that. Only problem is even if you did want to buy it you would have to get permission from Admins to be allowed into the thread as it is locked right now, or maybe it's locked completely and it's not even a thing anymore?

Anyways I've discovered a lot about rosters with cheat engine, specifically team name changing, accessory colours and I might even make a tutorial about it sooner or later.

But here are the problems
all chinese IPS HAS BEEN BANNED BY THE OFFICIAL FIREWALL OF CHINESE GOVERNMENT
I BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER UPDATED THE WIN10 AU STEAM AND NBA 2K16
I HAVE ALREADY TRIED
USING DIFFERENT VPNS
TURN OFF THE FIREWALL
REMOVE ALL BIN FILES AND REDOWNLOADED THE LASTEST VERSION OF SYNC.BIN
PLAYED A LOT OF MINUTES OF GAMES
CHECKED THE GAME FILES WITH STEAM
