V 2.0 is awesome Is there a chance of adding some more old school shoes in the next version? Ones that would fit the 80's and 90's mods? Many of the 90's Nikes 2K included come up all funky color wise and are basically useless. The league basically wore the same dozen or so sneakers in the 80's and 90's, so it would be easy to outfit an entire roster if we even had a few of the right shoes.

Folks, it seems as if we've got some sort of misunderstanding here. Robsky001, it seems apparent through TGsoGood's posts that there was no malicious intent for him to steal any work. He was quite forward in pointing out to simply identify what files were yours and he would remove them. If that is still not the case, I imagine he is still willing to address it. There's no need for anybody to let tempers flare, or to name call; that includes the peanut gallery. TGsoGood, give a quick double check to ensure the files that were requested have been removed, and let's all move forward. Robsky001, why not just grant permission to use your work, additionally? It's not as if TG is here trying to claim he's created these shoes, and is really just compiling a nice, easy to use database that will benefit the few who are still playing 2K14. Again, no pressure to do so, what you do with your work is your business. I just always promote collaboration and sharing for the benefit of everybody. Again, reading back through it was clear that TG was not trying to pass your work off as his own. Let's all simmer, folks.

Been waiting for this kind of Shoe Mod System for a long time, and I've waited for a very long time Robsky001, that the shoes you created will be shared but then you didn't.

That file locates the englishfe.iff file... Long story short, the englishfe.iff file adds the names of about 20 shoes. Englishfe.iff is similar to english.iff file.
If you don't have feloc.iff and end englisfe.iff some shoe names will disappear.

I just started the Bob Cousy PF Flyers. I will likely add some fictional renderings of shoes also.

Here is a preview of some shoes that will be added. I will try to get the PF flyers in team colors also.

Gotta say I wasn't interested in shoe mods before, but now since we have "USB" mod (lol), I'll pay more attention on this thread! Keep up amazing work and I hope this mod stays alive for a long time!

Not sure how long this mod will be alive but shoes mods were never really effective because you had to overwrite or wait for a roster where the new shoes had been assigned already. RED MC is really what makes this mod possible. It makes it so much easier to disect the hex for certain files.

Just imagine if we would have gotten the "my closet" system for 2k14 pc....

All files that were in v1 are in v2. All people have to do is insert the shoe global.iff from the modded files. That is the only thing that will cause crashing. If you don't put it in the main folder game crashes.

Yes please. If you create the base texture, then I will create the alpha layer (affects lighting) and the normal map (bump map). Or u can make the complete file if u know how.
