NBA 2K17 - National Teams Confirmed

This is great. If there are more national teams (which there more than likely will be) they have to implement into MyCareer or a FIBA mode so they won't be misused like the Euroleague teams. Hyped.

I'm going to keep a list of them here. So far the following National Teams to be confirmed are:

1. Australia
2. 92 Dream Team (Pre-Order Bonus)
3. USA

Heavily rumoured with that picture of Paul George in a Team USA uniform on the cover, awesome to see it wasn't misguided speculation.

Hope Serbia will be featured.

No it's 2K16, I used an Australian VPN to watch the video. Nothing really happens in it, Patty Mills just talks about Australia being in the game.

Charles Barkley is confirmed to be on the Dream Team!!!

Wonder if now we will be able to get 92-93 Suns in game too.

I'm sceptical about the '93 Suns being in the game. When Barkley was in NBA 2K13 as part of the Dream Team, he was still absent from the 1984 76ers. Of course, that was then, this is now. I'm not holding my breath, but it may be a different story.

It is cool how they re-created the team photos for the previews. That's always a nice touch when they do something creative like that.

It sucks because Chuck Daly probably won't be in the game but I read this at an article on Sports Illustrated talking about Coach K not being on the sidelines for the Dream Team:

While the 1992 team will feature the detailed faces of Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson and the like, you won’t see Krzyzewski as an assistant on the sideline helping Chuck Daly coach the team. He’s exclusive to this year’s squad.

Don't know if this means anything but the fact they're mentioning his name could be something?

Maybe so. My first assumption is that his absence in the screenshot also means that he's absent from the game entirely, but perhaps not.
