Need help with DBF Editing

Hi, Newbie here, I LOVE Playing NBA Live 06, so I gave DBF Editing A Shot, but I have A BIG Problem, I'm trying to add A jersey to my teamgear.dbf file, and I added the lines correctly but when I try to use the jersey, the game says it's "LOCKED", What am I doing wrong?

Make sure the ISUNLOCKED field is set to 1 (True).
