Official Roster Update for NBA 2K15 and 2K16

Are there any way to download or backup them ? If I saw correctly those files stored for both version in very big files like 5 GB . So I need to download them from Steam for use later ? For old games I downloaded all roster files from here but seems they are not exist for new versions .

You can download them in like milisecond through NBA 2K16. In fact, this is done automatically.

My connection is 3mbit . So it's not really fast

Mine's 4 and it's at most half a minute. It's the update that tells you to go back to main menu to do it's thing

I mean when I download it first time it takes too much time . Not regular updates

I'm talking about in-game updates. That is official roster update most of the time or new shoes etc

Roster files are locked to your Steam/PSN/XBL profile, and can't be shared the old fashioned way.

Anyone know this one ? Tmp.bin , sync.bin etc. is enough for backup ?
There is 3 big files . I got backup of all NBA 2K rosters with my discs for historic use . So I need to do it for 2K15 and 2K16 too .
