Download this http://forums.nba-live.com/downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=8171 and put it inside your nba 2k16 folder than put the modded files in there

Yeah it looks beautiful, but I think the hair part is still inaccurate. Maybe I can't tell from the screenshots
