Create an arena

Can you only create an arena in MyLeague and GM and just for one franchise? If I want to start another one can I important my arena or do I have to start from scratch inside MyLeage/GM mode again?

You have to start from scratch, but AFAIK, you can create an arena for as many user controlled teams as you have.
